I would have given him no stars if I had the choice. I am in a very rare tax situation and trying to find a CPA knowledgeable and willing to help me file my taxes correctly. He is TWO HOURS away and I felt that if I went to a bigger city I could actually get my taxes done right. So I called Robert and immediately and let me know that he doesn't give out free tax advice, which I was not asking for. I asked him if he was familiar with nontaxable income and if he knew how to file nontaxable income. He replied in a accusatory way "What makes you think you would be exempt from paying taxes?" And I told him I provided foster care services. His other phone rang and he said and I quote " My other phone is ringing, find another CPA." and hung up. I dont feel this was great service at all and never would I be compelled to use his services after a phone call such as that.
Kevin has been working with me for 10 years to keep my company out of dutch with the IRS. Always helpful and his prices are very reasonable.

Kevin made the process very efficient, easy and saved us ALOT of headaches/time. The number 1 thing I can say about Kevin is that he is very approachable as well as is ALWAYS available to answer questions. Our filings have always been done in more than a timely manor and the pricing I feel is fair.
