The donuts were great, but the people working there were not friendly at all. They were friendly once, but apparently new workers came. It seems like they just came out of bed and don’t want to be there. They always have the sad face on. They don’t welcome you in. I’m the one that says Good morning, thank you and please. Even when I said thank you, the guy didn’t say anything and barely smiled.
Microwaved food, and really slow service. Donuts are good if you get them early before they run out, and coffee is just ok for the price.
They need to install a sign that tells you when their ovens are working because nine times out of 10 they are not working. And an exit lane for the drive thru.
Stopped here in the morning after dropping the daughter off at daycare to get some donuts. Drive thru was quite busy (which is a good sign) indicating that the donuts are worth it. Went inside the store and got the Blueberry cake and Sour cream donut (really delicious and highly recommend). The service was phenomenal and Jerel G did a great job of providing extraordinary customer service! Highly recommend this location and the service is great and phenomenal.
Donuts are good, but everything else sucks. I once ordered a breakfast croissant. It was terrible. A few weeks later, I order a "bagel with butter". Dunkin Donuts translated that to "bagel with huge blob of cream cheese, mashed together". I love cream cheese like the next guy, but it was a ridiculous amount. They should put it on the side like everyone else does. Heck butter, like I asked, would have been even better!
