I Ordered some of their lose leaf tea's May 3rd as a birthday gift for me because I really wanted some and a friend of mine says they have a good quality of teas. My tea never came, I had to contact them and found out that something screwed up and my tea was returned to their warehouse and that in 3-5 days i would be refunded. Its be over 10 days now and i still have not received my money back or the items i ordered. I am not please at all with them or their service.
I have always liked Teavana and have only visited the Oxmoor location. Unfortunately over the last few months the shop has become increasingly dusty and in disarray. I usually shop there when I am in that Mall but have not wanted to return because of its poor housekeeping standards.
The staff was very helpful, and i will be going back again.
