Rude, obnoxious, pushy staff.
The staff here is kind of rude, not very helpful, and overall grumpy with any customer interaction. Won't be shopping at this location again.
I have never been so disrespected in a store. I have worked in retail before so I'm astonished at how this behavior from the whole staff at Victorias Secret is acceptable. There is a serious gap in management at this store. I have been a customer of Victorias Secret for 10 years now, because of this poor experience I will never be purchasing anything again.
Customer service...ehhh. I guess I found what I needed but I could've done without the stuck up attitude.
Yesterday Saturday the 15th, I decided to visit my local Victorias Secret. I was looking to purchase some new bras, fragrances, and some clothes from pink. Upon my arrival into the store no one greeted me. Walking throughout the store no one wanted to help me. Associates were avoiding eye contact with me, it was so clear to me they knew I needed some help shopping but they had no interest in helping me. When I went to try the bras that I found on my own on, no one was working the fitting room. There was one fitting room door ajar, but I knew they always have taken my bra size, and name so they could better assist me in my trying on process. Well that didn't happen. While waiting five minutes for an associate to notice that I was waiting for a fitting room, the worker looked at me and pointed at the ajar door and said go in that one. At this point of my shopping journey I was astonished with how I was being treated but decided to stick it out because I felt like I had some good bras. Leaving the fitting room I decided I was ready to check out! I was excited with my new items, and walked up to the cash wrap. No one was at the cash wrap. I waited for an associate to come up and check me out. Finally an associate came up to assist me. I asked her if she could order a bra for me, and she just said no they don't make that in your size. Baffled. That's all I can say is baffled by her words. STILL I decided to proceed with my purchase of $96. When asking for me phone number for the promotional texts you all send all this associate said was "phone". Then the same when "asking" for my email address. "Email". Once my items were paid for she just pushed the bag towards me and said have a good day (in the most monotoned voice). She then turned around and walked away, even though there were customers behind me. I walked out of the store extremely upset. I no longer felt excited about the items I had purchased. I was halfway home when I decided that I didn't even want my new items anymore because of how I was treated. I turned around returned all of my items, and went to another store and purchased my bras and clothes.
