Allen is great, they are on time, very professional, and they explain what they are doing and why. I've hired them twice so far and have been pleased both times. They are higher in price than some other places but I guess that goes to the old saying "you get what you pay for".

Very good work and Daniel was super. They have had 2 price increases in the past 3 years though. What cost me 500.00 3 years ago was going to be 12-1600.00. We could only afford part of the work we needed done. Would love to have them back but have to find a contractor more in our moderate price range. Their work is excellent !

Very deceiving on pricing. Quoted over $400 to replace 3 GFCI plugs. Then told the inflated price was because of there overhead, office staff, and fully stocked trucks.
I was told there would be a $49 dispatch fee, which makes sense. Then when the electrician arrived, they notified me there was an additional $200 diagnosis fee. If I'd known that, I woudn't have booked the appointment in the first place, but I my dryer outlet wasn't working, so we go ahead. Apparently my breaker was stuck in an off position, so 15 minutes later he's finished and I'm given a $223 bill. For 15 minutes of work. I even talked to their service manager, and apparently 15 minutes of work is worth $223 to them. Go with someone else.
