Never personally met my financial advisor, never got any communications from him. I had to call him anytime I wanted a change in my portfolio, then had to listen to him tell me I didn't have the superior knowledge to know what I want. ... So, if you want to stash your money away without any means of controling how it is invested and just want to hope for the best, UBS in Louisville is your place. If you want to be treated with courtesy and respect, you'll need to go elsewhere.
I have been with UBS for over 15 years and I have never had an issue with Mr. Arnold. I call Mr. Arnold and get the financials on companies I want to invest in, he does not bother me everyday wanting me to buy stocks to get more commission. I will ask his opinion on occasion on certain stocks to invest in but we always invest in what I decide.
