The staff we worked with were professional, friendly and extremely helpful! We upgraded our old Petsafe system to the Invisable Fence and we are so happy we invested in this system. It is such a better product and service is spot on. Our puppy has been thouroughly trained by Nicole. He is free to run full speed over most of our acreage and swim in the pond. We look forward to adding another four legged family member later this year who will also learn from the outstanding training. Thank you Invisible fence team!
Just visited Matt and Jen this am to have a collar looked at. Both jumped in immediately and took care of my issue. Product knowledge and customer service are absolutely top notch. I love being able to let my little escape artist outside and be sure she is not running away chasing a rabbit or squirrel. We tried to do the training ourselves, but were not very good at it, she still ran off. Finally decided to do the training, it was sooo worth it. Nathan did our training, worth every penny, he was great, sweet but was able to gently get her to respect the boundaries. She had it down in no time pat!
What an easy process! We were worried that our older dog would have problems with the "zapp," but learning the boundaries of the yard gradually made it a game. The training sessions were convenient for us and the dogs loved their trainer, Anita!
We have been happy customers since 2009- now with our 2nd pet with this Invisible Fence. Fantastic service and prompt appointments! Soon after the initial installation we had a problem, and they came right out immediately and replaced the collar- free of charge. No issues whatsoever in these past years, until today when we thought the collar wasn't working. Anita came out, and although it was working, it didn't give a warning tone to our pet, so she replaced the component on the collar, again free of charge. We just paid a service charge. And this new one has a battery indicator light that our old one didn't! Some of our neighbors have bought the cheap imitators, and their dogs were getting out, and getting hurt by them. Invisible Fence is definitely well worth the money we paid, and we realize this even more as time goes on. They continue that service well after you buy their system. Worth every penny for peace of mind for the safety of our pet. Many thanks to Anita for coming so quickly today, being so helpful, and your caring and professional attitude!
