Answering personal phone calls during a procedure!?
You think they would provide the courtesy of telling you that before you pay.
I seen the same issue about personal phone usage in a few other reviews.
Guys, just a heads up before you spend a few grand on your wife. Just know when she attempts to make a first appointment it will be at least 2 months to get in.
Very disspaineted. I had my first appointment a week ago. The front staff (2 females) are extremely rude. Not even a hello or as much as a smile. Instead, a clip board shoved at me and a pen.
You better ask for receipt because they will claim one thing over the phone and another in person.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, have been coming to Louisville laser for some time. My technician, Lauren has always been accommodating for me and is obv well educated and knows what she is talking about. Would recommend this establishment, expect great results!
The place lacks cleanliness.
I love the service I get when I can get an appointment. Called today to schedule a maintenance appointment and the soonest they have is seriously TWO MONTHS OUT. Time to hire more helP Louisville Laser. This is not the first time this has happened either.
Absolutely love this place!!! I have been going for laser hair removal and am ready for more!!! I would definitely recommend Louisville Laser and their laser hair removal treatments!

Oh no, very unclassy and unprofessional.
The bed/chair they use for the procedure has no paper on it nor does it get cleaned. It's filthy! So we're the floors while I was there and over all appearance.
On the service end of things I have previously had services here and the techs are professional and the lasers are effective.
