I love this store and the people are the best. It is just the right size store as they have what I need and I am not spending all day combing the aisles.
I've been to Sutherland's several times and find their service exceptional. Both Stacy and Ashleigh have been helpful and more importantly, knowledgeable.

Do not rent equipment from Sutherland hardware I rented a post hole auger for a landscape job and did not receive all equipment parts and got on the job site and realized the machine would not work due to a missing part and my client said it was very unprofessional of me and fired me thinking I didn't have the experience or knowledge to complete the job due to a mistake By a Sutherland hardware employee then I called and they told me "I don't know what to tell you, no one here knows how to run the machine or anything about the machine" and I got fired from that job by my client! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT!
I would definitely recommend going to that store. They have a large inventory and the store is super-clean! I especially like that there are several women employed there. Personally, I have enjoyed my interaction with them all!
Friendly staff. A great one-stop-shop for any handy items you might need. they offer convenience over selection though.
