I've been with Jerry Kays' agency for quite a long time - more than 10 years. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable about their products, they are also tops in customer service. They are friendly and attentive whenever I call or stop by. I especially like that they take the time to explain things to me when I ask questions and don't try to hurry me along, like some companies seem to do. When I am unable to speak with Fay when I call on the phone, she always calls me back, without fail. If I ever have a problem with something, I can count on someone there to get an answer for me. I really like doing business with them.
My family has known Jerry Kays for almost 7 years now. He and his wife, Kay, are amazing people. Jerry is one of the most honest, fair, and generous people that I know. He is a devoted husband & family man. Not only is he devoted to his family, friends, and business, but he devotes his free time to coaching young men in sports. What he brings to those young men speaks volumes about his character. There has not been a single person, parent or child, who has come off the ball field who won't remember the love, fairness, and generosity of Jerry Kays. Nationwide Insurance is lucky to have such a man representing them and so are his clients!!
I have been a customer of Jerry Kays / Nationwide company for the past 15 years. Before that, I was with my other company for 22 years and I thought I will never change. So I bought some rental properties and Jerry and his staff took care of all of those insurance needs. Now Jerry's company carries all of my Plumbing Company's insurance. I purchase both my commercial auto and commercial liability insurance and he even took care of all my worker's comp needs.
Been with this agent for 22 years. Terrific service. They call me if I'm late with a payment to drop by rather than cancel me, print out extra copies of anything I need (I keep losing those little "proof of insurance" cards at tag renewal time), and are equally happy to answer questions on the phone or in person. Bonus is the adorable office dog, Raleigh, who hangs out in Jerry's office, and is happy to play and be petted while you conduct business.
I have known Jerry and Faye Kays for over 30 years and can truly call them friends and professionals in their business. They are straightforward and honest in their dealings and do not attempt to pressure you into a sale, they present the features and benefits in a manner that is honest and make recommendations based on the information you provide them with and let you decide how best to proceed...When it comes to a claim, that claim is Priority ONE until it is resolved...I am proud to recommend them to anyone for their insurance needs and Proud to call them my FRIENDS...
I also have my personal auto insurance, and my home owners insurance through his office. Jerry, his wife Fay, and all of his office staff are there when I need them. They are never to busy to answer questions, and if I call for Jerry or Fay, and they are busy, I will hear from them that day. The one thing I can say about Jerry and Fay Kays they are my insurance agent but they are also my friends.
