Lots of public computers but only two small desks with access to a power outlet for those with their own devices.

This is the worst library I've been to, ever. Across the country at various libraries big and small there is usually some reason to feel good about going there. Not here. When you walk in you are first enveloped by a stale stench. Then perhaps you want to check out a book? Good luck finding anything. The shelves are outrageously disorganized, newly returned books often sit on carts for a week before being shelved, and very often when you go to check out a book they will exclaim, "oh, we had this one marked down as lost!" When it comes time to return books, your best bet is to return them to a librarian and watch as they are checked in. Otherwise, they will tell you that books you are CERTAIN you checked in were never returned, and then act like you stole them. They will ask you to pay for the book, which was definitely returned and definitely lost in the chaos behind the desk, and when you tell them you returned it they will ask, "did you check your house? Your car? Well, we can do a shelf search, I guess." All while sighing and glaring at you because you have evidently ruined their day with this interaction. They'll do the shelf search, maybe, and if you're lucky they'll find it. Otherwise you have to wait until one of the competent librarians are working - there are a few at this branch - and they will help you sort things out. The librarians at this branch range from pleasant and helpful to having an attitude of disgust towards you. (Ok, so it's mostly just one person in particular who will refuse to speak to certain patrons but will then hold full conversions with others. She once simply exhaled sharply when asked a question about a book. She also once refused to say anything when I asked if I had any fines. Later found out there were fines on everything I returned.)

Woderfully helpful staff. Small, but if they don't have it they will order it from another location. Very convenient location.

Awesome library with an excellent computer lab.

Great library with many computers and a decent book collection. The meeting room is fairly nice. The people are are nice who work there. It is located inside mid city mall.

In short, this library stinks. And you can't blame the system, because other libraries in this city are a delight, with helpful staff, organized shelves, and they never lose your books. If, however, you would like a peek into deep incompetence I highly recommend it!
