This place is a nightmare. Security personnel are unbelievably hostile. Employees overworked. No wonder they tend to be short and irritable. I just needed to change my last name due to marriage, but the way they acted, you'd think I was trying to cheat the system! Lots of foreigners applying for US benefits. Wow. I thought those cases were few and far between.
Usually in & out, but due to my disability am not taken too seriously. Staff over worked & want to rush you out. They don't really help you if they're just trying to make it to lunch. I'm going to pay a visit today 1-20-17. Hopefully they're understanding & can help me. My next review depends on it.
