The system is inefficient and it’s difficult to rely on the TARC as a main source of transportation. Buses constantly run late and frequently make unexpected detours due to construction or other issues. The buses are usually clean and reliable vehicles and lots of them are totally green. The drivers, in my experience, are gruff, but they’ve helped me many times figure out how to get from one place to another. TARC will work in a pinch, but I wouldn’t count on it if you have other transportation options.
There is some very Nice drivers but then U have some very rude and nasty drivers. I ride tarc everyday almost but It's crazy to see how the drivers can be so rude for no reason at all.
HORRIBLE driver! I caught the number 2 bus from the airport to a nearby hotel to pick up my car on 09/15/2017, around 7:50 am. It was only a three minute trip. However, the African American bus driver was unprofessional, rude, mean, hateful and his attitude that morning was deplorable. He was more concerned about TEXTING on his phone than greeting customers and giving us transfer slips. To make things worse, he was speeding so fast we almost ran in the back of TWO cars. His driving matched his attitude. I couldn't wait to get off that bus. It was extremely dangerous. I wouldn't be surprised if I see on the news he has wrecked the bus. Never again! I called to make a complaint, but as always, they will NEVER return your call.
It's doesn't make any since how tarc 15 is always late going to and from work! And now the driver has missed a whole route of people because he kept straight and was suppose to turn! People had to get off and walk!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I didn't want to give y'all 1 star because y'all deserve none!!!
2109 speeding down cane run rd this morning 940 am 20 mph over speed limit . Worst drivers ever. Even worse than jcps bus drivers.
