Never a short experience when dealing with any type of disability. It's always either an hour to two hour wait. And usually it's the latter. The representatives at the office are getting better with attitudes but most of them need work. Have been hung up on twice and always the reps that answer the way phones are beyond rude!
I thought the people that worked there were very condescending. A couple of guys that were young and needless to say, not very respectable of mature adults. Actually rude... and lazy acting.
They are so slow! I have been here since 9:30 am and now it is 11:34 am! However, the security guard is very nice.
Seats are comfy, room temperature is nice. Who knew people took time out of their day to review a government office.
Didn’t resolved the problems I went 3 times with same problem but still they didn’t care . We have some money that social security owe ever month we went check in next month we are checking from February still December 2017 but still no money even they didn’t send update letter in the email about remaining money.
