Last month I used CertaPro Louisville to paint a complicated mural on my living room walls. Not only was the customer service out of this world but the paint job turned out absolutely stunning. Lee Sapata, owner of CertaPro Louisville franchise, was able to schedule my paint job quickly. He also called in several times and came by the job site to ensure that the project was going as it was supposed to go. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our painter, George. I request George when I need a paint job that requires an artistic hand. This job required several metallic colors as well as someone who could understand my vision and execute that vision physically on to the walls. George's knowledge of the paint industry is bar none. To say George nailed the job would be an understatement. I learned, once the project was finished, that he had been unhappy with one of the walls he designed and repainted the entire wall until he was happy with the outcome. He also sent me pictures, via text, during the project so that I could weigh in on whether or not an area needed more of one color or the other or if it looked finished. CertaPro has excellent customer service, a knowledgeable staff, beautiful results and I would recommend them to anyone.
Had the exterior of my house painted. Lee at CertaPro was great to work with. He was very communicative and broke the whole process down so we would know what was going on. The price he quoted is was the price we paid, and we felt it was a reasonable one at that. Alejandro, the site supervisor, and his team were similarly excellent. They came everyday at the same time, would explain what they were going to do that day. Then, before they would leave he would talk to me about what to expect the next day. The work they did was fantastic and we are constantly getting passersby stopping and complimenting the house, some even taking pictures. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend CertaPro for painting projects big or small.
