The staff at CVCA made my pet feel at ease and were professional and courteous. Dr. Bell was so polite and took time to thoroughly explain my pet's disease state. She answered all my questions and provided me with very informative materials. During follow up phone calls, the staff continued to display a genuine concern for my pet's well being. From the moment I walked in the door I feel welcomed. Dr. Bell and her staff are amazing! They treated my little Willow like she was one of their own beloved fur babies. The great thing about them is that once your appointment is done, that isn't the end. They constantly check on my Willow and they always reply to my emails when I have questions about her health. So compassionate and caring!! I would give more stars if I could.
Dr. Bell and her staff are amazing people. Each and every one of her staff have a heart as big as an ocean. I am always given their undivided attention and loving concern. On my first visit I became family. Dr Bell treats my dog, Holly, as if she were her own. I am so very thankful I do not have to go through Holly's heart disease alone.
I love my animals as members of my family.when my 14 year old pup developed a heart murmur I was anxious to say the least. the minute I stepped in the building I had an overwhelming sense of calmness. From the reception all the way to Dr. Bell(WHO I really liked and so did my Mindy girl.)I was at ease. Dr. Bell explained Monday's condition thoroughly and what I needed to watch for. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their fur babies to receive the best care!
My beautiful Golden was diagnosed with multiple heart issues Feb. 2017. Dr. Bell and the CVCA staff were amazing. They were dedicated in building the best treatment plan for her while at the same time keeping it within my budget as a single dog mom. I am happy to say my girl is doing well and they continue to follow her today. Highly recommend them.
