Just like any shopping center, lots of good parking and was very cean.

Needs a good cleaning. Usually homeless people inside. Management refuses to do anything about them.

It's in my neighborhood. Great small 8-theatre Cineplex. Excellent branch library. A Value Market. Some other stuff like nail salon, video store. Good dive bar around back. Funky. Built in the 70s.

This is a great place to shop and eat. The only real down side is all the homeless people. So not only do spend money on your purchase but you get to hand off some of your hard earned cash to crack heads and drunk's.
