Service is a 10!!! Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu options and how everything was prepared. Food is a 10!! Crab and butter in a jar...AMAZING!!! Ambiance is a 10!!! There was background music playing nothing too loud to the point that we had to scream at each other across the table. Definitely going back
Love this place! The food is delicious and the service superb.
Celebrating our anniversary, we were greeted by excellent, friendly table service and striking ambiance. There was a slight complication ordering flavored tea, pre-sweetened tea and then Dr. Pepper, but eventually we settled for Sprite. The menu hinted at succulent flavors, and the beautiful crab appetizer had not retained its fresh, naturally sweet taste. Except for size, the Pancho-crusted shrimp, fries and slaw could be found at any seafood chain. Proudly, the manager hailed their Yellow Fin Tuna as his most recommended dish, but it proved to be flavorless and dry which matched the gravy-like sauce. Reaching for an antidote, I diced the asparagus, but the meal couldn't be saved. Once he became aware of our feelings, the manager offered an extra helping of the same bland sauce. The restaurant simply needs a better chef commensurate with all of its grandeur. Currently, I believe it to be an "extravaganza of failure".
Best service and steak in town! The atmosphere is so nice and the bartenders are extremely knowledgeable. The seafood tower is unbelievable!
The restaurant was empty at 5:15 pm. They "weren't accepting walk-ins". We made a quick reservation through open table. When we went back to the hostess stand we were told they would not honor that reservation either. We left and had a meal at a restaurant that wants to be open.
