It was a great room. The staff was friendly And the rooms clean and updated. However i got a room close to the elevator and it made noise at all hours of the night. Also the tv was sub par, it was dim and i couldn't figure out how to get it go off on sleep timer, the sleep button did nothing. Other than thoses minor things it was a great stay and I would happily book again.
We are from Michigan and stayed 4 nights for a national archery competition in Louisville. The staff was wonderful! We had a great time hanging in the lobby playing games. Last night the staff surprised us each with a single rose for Mother's Day. They definitely went above and beyond. The rooms are clean, the kids enjoyed the pool, and we will be staying again next year. Thanks for making our out
My husband and I stayed four nights at Courtyard by Marriott Louisville Northeast. We had an attractive room on the 4th floor with a king bed, a small loveseat, a desk and a dresser, as well as a small microwave and a mini-fridge. The room and the attached bathroom were clean and pleasantly decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the rates were reasonable. Every time we went into or out of the hotel, we were greeted by a smiling, friendly person at the front desk. There are plenty of stores and restaurants located near this hotel, but it is still quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
I had a very nice stay. The rooms were very clean and I was very happy with the service. Location was very accessible and everything was great.
Nice and clean room. Well maintained hotel. Maids made the king bed but left the pull out couch a mess. Not a big problem but would have been nice.
