Service was sub-par. Our server brought us the wrong food. She did that to two other tables during our stay. We waited about twenty minutes to get our check picked up after we had asked for it, but eventually flagged someone else down to get the box we asked for but never received and take the bill so we could sign and get out. Very unlikely to return.
Bread wasn't great. Caeser salad had one crouton. Wife's had two. Her main course was kinda cold and looked like it had been sitting a while. Mine was hot, but didn't come with the prosciutto I ordered. All tasted good.
The lunch special is a great value. The flavors were great. Our server was great as well. Very attentive. Her name was Meeka.
Amazing service, amazing staff, amazing food. Was in a party that had someone with food allergies. Three allergies, yeast, vinegar, and egg. You try going to an Italian place with those allergies! Staff was extremely understanding and accommodating despite the complications. Manager even came over and tried her hardest to accommodate her allergies, and did so very successfully despite how busy they were at the time for dinner.
Service was a little slow but the waitress was great. Very sociable. Had party of ten. Food was good.
Had a wonderful family dinner here on Christmas day. We had originally planned to eat at Buca Di Beppo and in hindsight glad we choose Macaroni Grill. Our server Prentice was outstanding and we were allowed to order the lunch special on a Holiday. Keep up the great work!!
Food was ok. Went for lunch. Wasn't very busy. Nice atmosphere.
