Every thing about this place is horrible. No where to park. Extremely over priced. You cant have a conversation with your stylist because of all the gossiping and drama. And to sit in the chair and listen to what the owner and another stylist bash and bad mouth another employee or stylist is not a place I want to do business with.
This salon doesn't even deserve 1 star, ZERO would be more like it. The drama in this place is overwhelming! The few times I've been in to have something done it's always gossip, gossip, gossip.... A Very Unprofessional & Unfriendly Atmosphere, in my opinion! Definitely not an atmosphere I'm comfortable being in & WILL NOT be in again! The parking situation is terrible & I never seem to get in at my scheduled appointment time, it's like I'm in a Doctor's office for an appointment. Very uncomfortable environment! My end result for the amount of money I've paid, is Very Disappointing to say the least. Would definitely NOT recommend LaBliss Salon & Spa to anybody. If you're all about in house drama, gossip & low expectations, well this may be the place for you.... It's NOT the place for me!
I had color issues with this salon. I originally went in with three photos of a very similar balyage. I cut at least 6 inches off my long blonde hair and I wanted a caramel balyage. Well when all was said and done it looked nothing like the photo. In fact it was poorly done because my hair was ashy, and splotchy with green and black (?). I left that day thinking it looked ok, though not like the photo. After I washed it I noticed the inconsistencies. So I called back and asked for a redo. Went to Brynn for a haircut and she gave me the best haircut I have had in a LONG time! Been bouncing around looking for someone to cut my hair for a while now, and finally found a salon I will keep going back to :)
for me to be seen that day after work. I came in hoping that my hair would finally look like what I wanted. I sat for 4 hours with another higher level stylist and again, my hair didn't look anything like I asked for. Again. It was very frustrating. I called and asked for a refund on my color because it was highly unsatisfactory. Not sure what went wrong. I've never had this happen to my hair. I literally cried. I got my partial refund for the color. The stylists were both sweet and the manager was well mannered. I am still disappointed with the treatment of my hair, but life happens I suppose. From my experience here I wouldn't recommend a color treatment.
