Very horrible experience with the owner! She called me a thief and a scammer because i was shocked that she had photos from surveillance! And....the very pictures she send are where I was pulling at the back of my hair and saying ...it's too short, I won'the even be able to curl it! ! She has done my hair a couple of times and did great with the color, however, last week I got the second worst haircut I've ever had! I don't even want to go anywhere! I tried to reach her by phone a couple of times and unable to speak to her. I texted her and expressed my disappointment. I told her I didn't want to speak to her about it in front of her customers and was very upset! So...we text back and forth. She never apologized and then got ugly about it. I sent pictures to her to show her the mistakes. She told me to come in. I said....it's so short...there is nothing you can do! Still no apology! So....one week later I tell her ok...I will stop by. I just left there. She didn't give me a chance to even show her and she just wanted to be right! I tried to show her with my styling brush....the hair won't even go around the smallest brush! ....she got nasty, told me to stop harrassing her and told me to leave or she would call the cops! OMG.... she should not have a license to do hair!
