from a heath care point of view this place is difficult. I couldn't even get anyone on the phone.

Great physicians, dentists, nurses, office staff under one roof! Everyone is friendly and helpful! Awesome waiting areas!
Wouldn't even give one star if it wasn't required. Good doctors who are informative and listen. However there are VERY long wait times, during PM hours doors are locked which left me and my children waiting outside until someone decided to answer the phone and let us in the door. Close to every visit I have scheduled I have gotten a phone call to have it rescheduled or ask if I can come earlier ... one time because someone called into work... my son was referred to ENT for significant ear problems... we didn't get a call about who he was going to until 7 days later and that was ONLY because I had to call and ask what was going on. All times when my kids are sick and I call and ask for sick visits they aren't avail until a week later leaving me with no choice but to go to ER which results in them not knowing what's going on with my kids. The final straw was when my son had shots scheduled they called and rescheduled until the next week we come the next week just to be told they don't have the shot in stock... when he is already 1 month past due for shots because they didn't have any avail appointments , they did the same thing with shots for my newborn baby. It seems that they care nothing about their patients or prioritize appointments. This place is a mess. I've literally waited in the waiting room after my appt time 1 hr after the appt time but if you are 20 min late to appt they refuse to see you. This place is a joke
