Yes I 've been contacted by this law firm as well, apparently these harassing phone calls are a trend and are actionable. Please return there calls, if they reach out. I CONCUR TERMINATION IS THE ONLY CURE.
His name is Mark not Maurice, he's a megalomaniac, if the owner is really reading these he better get on top of the situation in Louisville.
Has anyone else been harrassed and threatened since posting by that Mark , he keeps calling. Can't take the hint, or to arrogant, I've made arrangements thru another place. Also Norton, Rose, Fulbright is apparently preparing something they have contacted me. Nothing less than his immediate termination will satisfy me.
Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional, arrogant and rude. Act like they are doing you a favor doing business with you. NEVER BEEN SO BADLY TREATED by someone wanting MY money.

The worst, I tried to rent online, when I contacted the store to get my product which I'd already paid for and corprate all ready approved I was lied to by Maurice about contacting for deliver and when I contacted them he refused to deliver my product. This man is power mad and needs to be terminated before he cost Aaron's even more business I've tried to reach out to corporate with little or no help guess I'll track down the CEO and send him a message
The area manager(Maurice), runs this store he forgets they are a service industry, he lies to customers then when called on it becomes belligerent and aggressive, I complain to corprate customer service and nothing. I'd will never do business with them again found a place best way rentals cheaper too
