Interesting that 16 out of 26 posted occurred within the last two weeks since my honest posting. Perhaps the owners were inclined to call their buddies to post to pad their score. Makes me even more motivated to steer people away from this bum company. They replaced entire roof, then discovered two years later that it was trimmed too short at gutter allowing rainwater to flow into wooden eve space....significant wood rot resulted. When called out to inspect during repairs, they blamed the gutter rather than standing behind their work and making good on it. Left without any follow up whatsoever to assist with wood repairs or even to correct the shingle issue. Avoid using this firm and Dale Wood.
Had tree fall on house in dec and they put a garbage dump in drive way. Dam a ged drive w a y said would fix it. It is now end of August and they still have not fixed it. Would not recommend slow on repair and no follow up. Was told it would take 2 months took 6 months. I picked paul davis of louisville over service pro because I was told they were better. I would not recommend. Was told they would clean inside house. A joke
I called my Paul Davis rep for a second opinion on a mold removal claim where a competitor of PD had issued a $10,000 estimate. When the PD rep looked at the residence, he told my long time customer that opening a window in the crawl space would take care of the problem. I greatly appreciated the honesty and so did the customer.
