Rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Absolutely terrible attitudes. Gorgeous products, but you definitely lost a customer due to your salespeople.
As a property manager, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Went in to look at bathroom fixtures for a 26 unit apartment complex and was treated with complete disrespect from the women working in the sales area. Acted as if I had no business being there, well I guess I don't now! Horrible attitudes

I use Klein's for all my antique key replacements without fail. They even made a key for my 19th century safe! I can honestly say they have made hundreds of keys for me thru the years and they like me to challenge them! Thanks guys.
