I love this library! It's bright and spacious with a good selection. It's also connected to the rest of the local library system to have items from one location shipped to another. It offers a number of free programs as well.

I’m mind blown when I first came in. I was so excited to see a new library near my house! I’m in love with it, with all of the books, computers, and lots of cool things. One of my favorites is that you can help yourself in the library. You can check out your books at the check out area at the front and you can return a book by simply dropping it inside a slot outside or inside. My favorite go to libraries in Louisville, Kentucky! :3
This is one of the best libraries to go too in Louisville. Mind you that I still like the Historic Downtown Louisville Free Public Library, but this Southwest Regional is just so trendy. The way that it was designed to take advantage of the sunlight for room lighting is awesome. The large windows just are great to read a book too. We took a visit to this place when it first opened in 2014 and have been coming back ever since. Thanks Louisville for providing us with this trendy and eco friendly place.
