I was an account manager for these guys and I can tell you that they are a great company. Even though they fired me, I still recommend them to everyone that needs a key. They are very busy because the product is so good. Either wait for your appointment or get ripped off some where... basically.. best prices in the industry..
Great place to get keys for your car. Love to support a locally owned business and get a deal on replacement keys when compared to a car dealership.
I reached out to the company because I own a car dealership and always need keys and Fob's, etc. The first few times the service and quality of product was great. Then the third time coming I only had a couple keys to make and the service person gave me an attitude like it was not worth his time to come. Then he proceeds to damage an ignition and told me it was not his fault. Old key worked before he made a replacement, then neither the old or new key worked, had to buy a new ignition. I was fine with fixing it, accidents happen. So I suggested that I would call as needed. So I call 5 weeks later, leave several messages, no return calls, called Customer Service line, spoke to CS and they said they would reach out to the rep in the area. Still no call back 2 weeks later, so I email the main office, only to get an email from the office pretty much saying that my business was not worth the reps time.
It has been over 3 months since Clayton came out to our dealership to cut multiple keys for us and we not only have not received our keys but or ever heard back from Clayton. We are a fairly large independent dealership which orders an average of 10-12 keys a months and honestly we have no idea why it seems to be impossible to get a hold of Clayton when ever all we are trying to do is give him our business. We have exhausted every attempt to reach Clayton and at this point have turned to getting all of our keys from Ebay or the Manufacturers. Look elsewhere for reliable service.
The product and service they offer is good, but the company needs to realize that every customer big or small is a customer. I sell over 300 cars a year, you cant put a price or value on the referrals or repeat business that could have been if the company and the rep cared about their customers as much as the bottom line.
Amber in Oregon, was amazing! I bought a "new" car but the key fobe was not the best.. A friend of mine who works for a dealership said they use her to make there new key fobes. Amber was great! Super friendly, willing to work around my schedule.. Took a total of maybe 5 minutes! I will recommend her and use her again. Thanks Amber for all your help.
