My car is my life line. Lost my car key last night and needed a replacement today. This was the only place that had my key brand in stock. Hutch and the owner had great attitudes. Only complaint I have is how long the whole process took (I think Hutch said he was the only one out servicing people though, and it was a Saturday, so it's really nothing they could've done)
They advertise 24/7 mobile I was told I HAD to bring my vehicle up there. So I brought it up there to program a fob, well I was told come back in 1 hr it will be ready. Instead I came back for the owner and another guy to tell me they don't have time to mess with it after it didnt work right the first time. I thought I found the problem so I had the manager call the owner not 5 minutes after he walked to the back & disappeared. The manager told me only the owner can do the job & he is too busy to do it when I had my car dropped off to them for hours already. Overall did nothing for me but waste my time.
I am so disappointed in this company's customer service. I manage a very large commercial building with over 100 offices. The re peat no shows to service calls and failure to complete a contracted job is not how you do business. I will never recommend your company.
I managed to lose my key fob for my 2015 Hyundai Tucson which is the door key and the controller for push start. Not only did they have the key ( would take 5 days for the dealership) but they were able to come out on a Saturday afternoon and help me.
Polite, timely, wonderful service!
They offer good service at a fair price. They maid a "chip" key for my truck for $50.
