Best pet store ever! Very friendly staff :-)
While I agree with the other reviews regarding the staff, I was taken in by the "mom and pop" atmosphere of the pet shop and purchased a puppy that I was assured was an australian shepherd purebred. As the puppy grew larger, it became very obvious that she was a Brittany spaniel and when I tried to talk to the owners about this error, I was met with hostility. The owners refused to consider an ethical response of a partial refund despite visual evidence of having sold me the wrong breed of dog. I love our pup, but am disappointed in the response and reaction of the store owners.
Loved the fish. Very happy with my heater which cost me $20 less than expected.
This is a very nice Pet Shop they have everything you can think of including beautiful puppies for sale also off the subject they also carry doobie roaches that obviously are quite rare or hard to come by and Pet Shops these days when your albino gecko hasn't appetite in a diet for them.
Smell..it is full of animals. Does it sometime run out of feeders, they have to keep some on hand for the animals in the store. Look, this is not a chain. It's a mom and pop operation. All of you griping because big box stores with no staff are killing small business, well this is a small business. They get a truck once a week, they can not afford everything on the planet. But this is what a small business is. Be polite, don't run in the door at closing, and be understanding. Places like this are community assets.
