Most of the staff seem inconvenienced to answer questions or offer any knowledge. Unapologetic about their bad attitudes and busses are always late. They don't care because they already got the money. I'll be paying the extra money next time i take a teip for a plane ticket.
It sucks. Plain and simple. The buses are old, the A.C. doesn't work on most of the buses, the WiFi has a download speed of .3mbs(for 30 or more devices you will be lucky to be able to check your emails) and a good majority of the drivers are rude. And you are NOT seated in the order of your ticket (don't waste your money on priority seating). Try another coach company or drive.
The staff takes pride in the cleanliness of the facility. They make every effort to keep their guests safe and not bothered by locals. Its almost as if its their house and you the houseguest. Thank you for your hospitality greyhound friends!
Out of the few bus stations I stopped at, this was one of the nicer ones. They have a restaurant there so you don't have to eat out of vending machines. I had a four hour layover there and the seats are definitely uncomfortable after a while. Staff was friendly.
I went through here in 1998, on the way to Birmingham to take care of my grandmother. I started in San Francisco. This station had the BEST BREAKFAST in all of America's Greyhound stations! And good music on the jukebox.....I was SO hungry for an honest to Pete country breakfast and I got one!! Even grits!!! Good coffee. I wrote to Greyhound, bragging on this station!! If you are not like this today, LOuisville Greyhound, get yourself in gear and go back to where you were in 1998. Maybe you need a great cook??? Cheers!
