I picked up my nephew up here it was easy to find. Easy to park which was free and getting right back on the highway was easy.
This is for greyhound everywhere No staff lose luggage nasty facilities drivers are rude no help from staff.
If I could give this place a 0 rating I would first of all got there at 6:30 supposed to get on a departure to cleveland,oh at 7pm, bus supposedly broke down 1.5 hours away from louisville, said it'd be about 10 to 10:30 before next bus comes, ask the counter lady whats going on she can't tell me nothing, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was rude no professionalism at all in this place, got about 4 or 5 people sitting in the terminal on the phone with customer service,no one can give refunds have to mail tickets in then wait 6 to 8 weeks to get money refunded thats rediculous then to find out as multiple people are on the phone with customer service they've cancelled our bus, do you think we as customers were notified by any employee in the actual terminal,NO then 4 or 5 buses show up at 12pm so we are just now getting on a bus to go to cleveland 5 hours delayed,horrible customer service this will be my LAST TIME EVER riding with Greyhound company totally disgust me!

Worst experience ever.Never chose Greyhound. Go with Megabus. They are way better. Greyhound is asking passengers to get down each bus station and need ticket copies for each place. How many copies we need to carry
