Super duper helpful! I went out to LMAS to check to see if our missing cat had been turned in and they were so helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. They gave me a ton of advice on how to find our cat!

Great experience. They stayed open after hours on a Friday night to take in a stray that I found! Friendly, caring office staff who didn't rush or treat the dog like just another number.
We are about to adopt our second senior dog from LMAS. The staff is amazing. They have a difficult emotional task and they manage to give excellent customer service. I saw them comforting an elderly lady who had to give up her two precious cats because she was moving into assisted living. Staff was kind hearted and supportive. They deserve raises for the job they have chosen to do!
