I say all this to illustrate, that had I been informed of what attractions were actually available at Puzzle's, I simply never would have gone and paid $13.00 a child. It was $10.00 a few years ago when there were zip lines and other attractions. If you were to take your children to Malibu Jack's and only pay for the bounce house & play area (equal in size) it's only $8.00 per child and they often have Two for $10.00 specials. I've said a lot trying to not be negative because I'd rather see the Owner/Operator make serious changes than insult them.
Great Family Experience - Kudos to the Staff; There was a small disagreement between a couple of patrons that the manager handled extremely well. She prevented it from escalating into a full blown, "I'm right, your wrong" scenario. The two young workers who attended to my grandson's birthday party were spectacular. They made sure the room was set up properly, food was served hot, and pitchers were full.
To the owner's credit, they actually respond to quite a few of the reviews. That said It's more disappointing that the owner's response is for you to reach out further, coming off like deflecting. I feel he or she should be reaching out to disappointed costumers like myself, given I have already reached out to you here. There is stiff competition in the entertainment industry and we expect more. I say "we" because once in the car going home my son said he didn't really have that much fun because there wasn't enough to do.

We visited here for the first time in several years and it was GREAT! We had out daughter with us that is sensory sensitive and the GM Alicia made sure that she was comfortable and had plenty of coloring sheets and stickers. Made for a great time for her and her siblings. The place was crowded but still clean and all the staff was very friendly. We will definitely return.
This place is absolutely AMAZING, staff are always respectful. GREAT PLACE for little children to enjoy.
There was simply just nothing that made the facility special, that X-Factor found in other similar facilities in town. The appearance is a lack of maintenance and "Do-It-Yourself" decor. Now grace should be given to any place where kids rip and run all day, but when coupled with the lack of attractions and employees who appear genuinely engaged, it doesn't feel like general wear & tear. Literally there were only a giant slide, three bounce houses (one of which wasn't working), a soft area for smaller kids and what they call an Arcade, which are frankly no videos games but a few "Games of Chance" (pay money to try to win a "prize").
It's really easy to complain. It's really easy to be critical, I'd rather offer an honest critique than negative, non-constructive criticism. However, before my critique I think the overall problem with Puzzle's is the shear lack of information. The website is virtually useless, lacking photos, testimonials or much info on the attractions, making it quite difficult to know what to expect. I could have sworn the previous version of the website had photos of the facility including zip lines, large arcade, glow in the dark games, etc (I could be wrong). You will find none of that at Puzzle's.
So potential customer: If you like places where the customer service email is a Gmail account and you have to pay for soda refills, then Puzzle's Fun Dome is the place for you.
And therein lies the problem. There is no information available except price and hours on the website which was never well designed, but at least once had photos of some really cool looking attractions. So I finally took my two children, son 7 and daughter 6, with high expectations given the photos I'd once seen online and well, the price. Unfortunately, I have to say I was thoroughly disappointed and extremely underwhelmed.
