Amazing and friendly staff. I just moved into our new apartment and I am loving it. Everyone and especially Jeffrey are professional and very helpful. We have a 5 star worth club house with a pool table, you get everything you can ask for in a new apartment. #lovespringhouse
This place is no longer the same since Jeffrey left. Would definitely not be renewing my lease. The apartments are poorly built for how expensive they are and they new management they have hired leaves a lot to wish for !!

I've lived here now for two months. After looking around Louisville for several days, I could find nothing that compared with this complex in terms of location, nearby amenities, style and decoration of the apartment itself, and the exceptional service I received from the management team, most particularly, Jeffrey. It's a beautiful complex, well run, and I'm incredibly satisfied to live here. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Louisville. #lovespringhouselouisville
I stopped by this apartment complex to drop in and see if I could tour the facilities. I stopped in 45 minutes before the office was supposed to be close, however, no one was there, the doors were locked, and there was no sign explaining why they had closed almost an hour early. I was pretty bummed, so I called the office number and left a voicemail explaining that I had arrived early and had found no one there, and that I was trying to tour the complex. I left my name and number, and two months later, I have still not received a call back. Pretty complex, but I have to say I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
