WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THE FEDERAL BLDG TO VERIFY WHERE TO TAKE MY FRIEND FOR HER FINGER PRINTING, THE GIRL ANSWERING THE PHONE DID NOT KNOW ADDRESS NOR PHONE NUMBER !!!!!!! THEN I FOUND ANOTHER PHONE NUMBER AND YOU HAD TO GO THROUGH SOOOO MANY AUTOMATED MESSAGES, AND IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH IT WAS GETTING TIME FOR THEM TO CLOSE!!!!!!! PEOPLE NEED TO REALISE NOT EVERYONE IS COMPUTER SAVEY....... NOR CAN THEY MUDDLE THROUGH ALL EXTENSIVE RATTLING ON OF INSTRUCTIONS...
I arrived 15 minutes early for my 9am appointment, and was out of there before my actual appointment time. The staff were genuinely friendly and super efficient.
Don't have to wait for a long time they take you in quickly on 390 people are very rude .. no help at all when trying to ask them something. Internet is more helpful

I was there with an appointment for expedited Advance Parole request as my grandpa passed away and my parents wanted to travel to India ASAP. Gentleman at the window didn't bother understanding our situation, was rude and came prepared to say NO. When I asked for a reason, he said it's as per Louisville office discretion and prima facie they can't very verify if the person travelling has committed any crime. 1. If a person has committed any crime, they won't come for permission to leave but just Leave...just saying 2. Nowhere on USCIS website it says about local USCIS offices can decline expedited applications because they have their own rules. USCIS is a government agency and must act based on said rules defined on their website. What's the point of emergency appointments when you are not even ready to hear. I just hope they are more sensitive about these delicate situations and not be rude. And yes, we had all the papers and evidence for death.
