Visited drive-thru, service was quick, but they took my card and ran up to window in order to process folks through more quickly. Made me uncomfortable the way they did it. Very unconventional.

Love it. You would think the staff works for tip, but they dont. They treat everybody great. Food was delicious and you would be hard pressed to find a better chicken sandwich in Louisville
Love this chick fila. Staff is ALWAYS friendly. Especially the morning crew. They remember my name as I come at least 2 times a week and they helped me set up my app for free rewards. The manager of this store is awesome.
The food was very tasty and the service was fast and very friendly. When I walked in and got in line the line was quite long but the employees worked through it quickly
The night crew sometimes seems a little annoyed in the drive thru around 8 or 9. But I love the store so much I can overlook that.
