Standard Chipotle restaurant. Great location downtown with very nice staff. Quick and easy for a bite to eat. Clean, plenty of seats, easy. What else do you need?
The staff here is very polite and they go out of their way to be friendly. I can't speak for the lengths of the lines because I ALWAYS order online ahead of time to avoid the typical long Chipotle lines. The website is very easy to use and they always get my order correct.
During a busy Saturday night, they only had one worker on the line while the younger male cashier did nothing to help. For the 27 min I waited in line, I only saw him eat multiple chips right out of the chips container where they bagged the chips for the customers, and check out the few number of customers the one line worker was able to produce. They were also out of cheese and forks.
