I am confident in their work and would recommend their team to anyone for their roofing needs.
I contracted with Best Choice Roofing to replace my damaged roof. Each step of the process from inspection, insurance claim, installation, and clean-up went without a hitch. The materials arrived on time and the installation crew was very industrious and conscientious. The tear off and installation was completed in one day, including a very thorough clean-up.
I would leave no stars if at all possible. After six months of run around, I have finally dusted my hands from their dirty business. Unfortunately, I did not do my homework before signing a contract. After the job FINALLY got scheduled, their crews left nails everywhere, ruined our gutter guards and the shingles still do not lay flat. I'm so disappointed. They sent extra charges after the job was "done". And when it came time for final payment, they said it was more than what they had sent me an invoice for. I just paid the extra money because I was so tired of dealing with them. Be careful of whom you do business with. I would not and will not recommend BCR to anyone.
After meeting with, and having the new production manager come out to our home- I feel like things are much better. As long as BCR has this guy, you can trust that things will be done properly. (I’m sorry I don’t know his name, but he is a game changer for this company) Job well done!
Everything was delivered as promised: A week after making my claim the roof was done. Everyone was very pleasant from the field manager, project supvervisor, office staff, etc. My roof was done in 1 day and the yard was cleaned up. The roof looks great. They dealt with my insurance company also. In other words, they were nice, efficient, fast, competent and trustworthy. Not a single problem or issue!
