Worst mobile home park I have ever been in. Went to visit a friend for about a week and while there decided to walk to store a few times... EVERY SINGLE TIME I was solicited for sex. Normal clothes. Nothing revealing. Tennis shoes and tee shirt. Single mother of three. Not in that line of business. Was highly offended. Left the day I was approached about drugs in area for sale. No thank you! Wanted NOTHING to do with the place. Seems like every trailer had broken blinds in windows. Sad since they can be bought at Dollar store nearby. Seems prodomadetly Hispanic as far as I could tell. That and poor white trash. Lots of drugs. Not a good place for children at all.
This a mostly LATINO residence. I have lived here for over 8 years and have had no issues with neither noise, people, or anyone stealing from me. I have no seen cops patrolling or drugs EVER. Every one keeps an eye out on EVERYONES kids when they are out and about. Management is lacking of course but that's normal any where you go. If the rent wasn't always going up it would be a great place to live.
I live here love my community. Very diverse.... But the management is lacking...
lived here for 16+ years and a lot has changed but for the most part everything is good. maintenance could be improved and maybe security but overall i like where i live.....
