Years ago it was a lot better place. It's still very clean, but the rules are a lot more relaxed now about conduct and upkeep around the park.
They keep raising the lot rent. Sometimes twice in a year but they are not fixing the issues within the park.
I would rate this place as 2 since the other manager it's been getting really bad here kid's are causing a lot of people wanting to move away from here I wish we still had are old manger back
Love it, with any neighborhood there are the kids you should watch out for! But very peaceful!
Management takes great care of the residents and loves animals! She gets the c strays altered and released them back. Very good community of folks!
