I’ve been going to the mall since I was very young and have enjoyed every visit. However, I visited yesterday and I am aware of the NPR program as I am a minor. I was with my two friends minding our own business. It was about 7:30 on a Wednesday. The mall security officer then said we had to leave in a demanding. I then said that the rules only apply on weekends. He then proceeded to say because of the holiday season The rules applied to everyday. None of the posted rules said anything about this change. They were then forced to leave and it ruined my shopping experience. I am very upset at this.
Besides the traffic in and out of the mall I love this mall. Has just about anything you are looking for and even for the time of the year it is not that crowded inside the mall and the people in all of the stores were helpful and not in the typical "retail" holiday mood.
I really enjoy this mall. It has one of my favorite stores, LUSH. The Disney store is great too. You can't find those 2 stores anywhere else in Louisville! I don't get hounded a lot by the kiosks in the middle, which is a bonus. It may be a smaller mall, but it's great for shopping trips.
I brought my dog for pictures with Santa. The entire staff was very helpful and mindful of him. They asked to pet him before reaching for him, and when he had an accident, there was a janitor on hand to help me clean it up. The pictures came out great, and it was really a very good experience all around.
I only go there to buy cigars at the Oxmoor Cigar Shoppe. They have Arturo Fuente and its branches like Don Carlos. I am happy with this place but realize that you may be paying $7.95 for an R56 Magnum Rosado. I have only dealt with the older gentleman with white hair and he is very knowledgeable; he has a background in the cigarette industry.
