walked into the shop at 5:55 pm and the man who was closing was very rude and told me the store was closed even though it wasn't.
This store has fantastic customer service! The past few times I've been to the store the same associate helped me I believe her name is heather. She's a keeper!
During the Christmas season 2016, the store was closed most of a Saturday during "open" hours. I called the store phone and didn't even get directed to voicemail. I then called Sunglass Hut corporate, left an inquiry, was told I'd receive a response in 24 hours, and received nothing. I would be hard-pressed to ever try to shop here again.
Tiny, zero selection, poor kid manning the register had no clue about sunglasses.
