Debbie is the best I've ever been too! She is the reason as to why I go to Massage Envy. My five starts are completely for her and her only.
My review is based solely off of the experience I received over the phone. This is essentially your company's chance to make a first impression and your concierge team blew it. Customer Service was so poor I didn't even book a reservation or make it into the facility. I was coming into town and trying to book reservations for myself and a friend. I am a member of Massage Envy in another state. The lady that answered the phone seemed put out immediately that she even had to speak to me. I had to guide and direct the whole conversation, she made nothing about me booking a reservation over the phone simple or convenient. Then when all is said and done hassled me for credit card information and refused to book my reservations with out it. Again I am a member, all my card information is on my file! Needless to say I did not make the reservations. I hung up called the Clarksville location and was able to pleasantly make 2 reservations with upgrades and was never once treated rudely or hounded for a credit card. I have my own salon in Tennessee and understand the value in Customer Service, its 50% if not more of your experience. The Middletown location was the most convenient location for my visit to Louisville, however in my eyes a 20-30 minute drive to Clarksville and paying a toll has greater value then coming here.
Extremely mediocre massage and atmosphere.. I would recommend going to smaller, locally owned place rather than these chain places. You'll have a much better experience. Don't get your hopes up for these places.
The front desk have very little regard to customer service. Michelle I have been told is the manager, with her attitude that would explain the service. I have had wonderful massages, but have cancelled my membership and have found another company that appreciates my business.
Recently went for a full body massage and a facial. Loved every minute of it! Tara is one of the best masseuse and is worth booking an appointment with. Shelley is the same with facials, and I am ready to schedule my next one.
