I usually like shopping here because of the bargains I can find. However, the last time I went in I asked if they carried a particular item. The cashier didn't know so she asked someone who I assumed was her manager. He was very rude and mocked how she asked. It was nothing short of bullying. When I politely pointed out that he spoke to her in a disrespectful manner, I could tell by his response that he didn't care and didn't plan to change his ways or apologize to her. That is unacceptable. I will not be shopping at this location again. If I could give zero rating I would. To that employee, look for work elsewhere. No job is worth being treated that way.

Will never shop here again. While getting a new coffee pot for my mother is going through the check out line and the cashier does not put in a bag. Just hands me the receipt. While walking down two stores past in the same strip mall in which I am employed as a well known manager at another ship it am hollered at by a cashier from ollies saying I have stolen this coffee pot and need to bring it back. Keep in mind that several employees including the assistant manager and tons of customers including some of my own were watching as this cashier drug my name in the dirt by calling me a theif. I told her I had a receipt as she was demanding me return to the store and pay for it. I walked back down to her and showed her my receipt and all she said was oops my bad and was told to go back in the store with the assistant manager leaving me outside while everyone watched as I slowly walked away embarrassed and upset for this stores actions. I called the store and the assistant manager told me that it's ollies policy to yell at people whom have stolen things. Well retail 101 says that she could have been putting not only herself in danger but everyone in the store. While talking to him I realized I was not getting anywhere and asked to speak with his store manager or area manager. Apparently they don't work that often because 2 days later and I've yet to receive a call. I have emailed the company and have basically got a thank you for your concern email back. What's wrong with this place. Now I have customers of my own thinking that I'm a theif . In my job it's considered retail but with the products we sell we actually call them clients and are much more than small items. You have to build your clientele so I'm wondering just how bad has this incident effected my own job being that I am in the same strip mall as this store. Hopefully this will be investigated and be rectified asap. I am ready to take this issue as far as I need to so I can get satisfaction and clean this up.
