Well, I usually offer good or great reviews, but today's car wash cost me $24 where they forgot to give me a car scent and completely forgot to wash and dry the windows inside, which were dirty and the primary reason I stopped by there. I guess I'll return to the car wash off exit 2 in Indiana from now on. :(
The short guy with glasses who manages the car wash has such a nasty attitude. It makes me feel sorry for anyone that knows him personally if this is how he behaves professionally. Customer service is apparently not a priority. Threatening a visibly upset person and being smug about ruining someone's day shows poor character and I would never suggest anyone take their business here.
What a great carwash!! The staff was friendly and helpful. My car came out spotless and clean! Smelling brand new! I am a frequent customer.....I won't go any where else two thumbs up!!
Good car wash cars clean not much to say friendly service. Hard workers do a good job!
