I love it, and will continue to come back!
I've been to many carwashes in Louisville and Prestige won my business by being the best in town! As a "regular", I'm surprised by some of the reviews and wanted to share my experience. My cars are always well taken care of and I leave satisfied. As I've gotten to know the staff I can tell you that they'll take care of you. If there's ever a problem I'm 100% certain it'll be resolved immediately.
$36 for a car Wash and I still need to get it washed! The front is still covered in bugs and dirt. I asked for my rubber floor mats to be cleaned and they look like someone smeared them with a muddy rag! $6 extra for interior polish that is only on my dash, but they left a big hand print on my leather seats. No air freshener, it smells like dirt. Bare minimum cleaning on my wheels. Horrible! Negative stars if possible.

This IS NOT A TOUCHLESS CAR WASH as their street sign says big and vold on it. I payed a ton of money for paint correction and a hard coat on my car from previous owner going through car washes like this one and was so excited to see a automatic TOUCHLESS towel dry place. Paid $24 for exterior and wheels which I usually pay $8 At a touchless and do wheels and dry myself. If you don't care about paint swirls and are ok with paying excessive money then this place does a good enough job. If your car is dark color, I wouldn't recommend it
We were told this was a very good car wash. We are from Shelby County, we no longer have a good car wash here. We took our Toyota RAV4, Saturday. We got the full service $32, WOW, we were so disappointed, windows not clean, told them to please vacuum out our back, the guys said sure. Well the didn't. I sure wish there was a good full service car wash. I don't mind paying for detail, but like to get my money's worth. Now where to go?? Very dissatisfied.

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me after this review and explained what he thinks may have happened this day. He was extremely nice and willing to help solve my problems. He wants to bring my car back in and let them try again, free of charge. Unfortunately I have been unable to go back yet, but will update this once I do.
