Terrible. Nicked spleen and internal bleeding during colonoscopy two years ago. Hospitalized after calling office for days saying I was in pain. His office said it was gas - to walk it off. Docs at hospital said walking made it worse. Had been a patient of Dr. Brown's for years and liked him. I spoke with him and he would not even reimburse my thousands of dollars in out of pocket. Had to set up payments to hospital and other providers. Every payment added insult to injury. Two years. I am still in pain. What a jerk.
Absolutely love Dr. Brown. He is the most caring doctor i have ever had. I only wish he was my doctor for everything. He listens, takes the proper steps to ensure accuracy of my health and that means alot to me. I will not go to another gastro doctor because Dr. Brown is so great. His staff are friendly and caring, the wait times are good, ive never been there for more than an hour total from check in to check out. They keep in touch with you, check on you, and make sure you are well taken care of.
