Received an arrangement today that was not at all what was ordered. When we called the florist regarding our issue, she stated that it was actually their most popular arrangement. WOW... if this is their best work... that is really sad.

Horrible service. I went in to order a wrist corsage 4 days ahead of time. Was led to a corner and told "here's what we have, she wont be making any more." I went to Nanz & Kraft and had a wonderful experience picking out exactly what I wanted.
I received my first wrist corsage, boquet, and prom flowers from Mills and Young so I'm probably partial to this florist. I've never had anything but a great experience over forty years.
