Stopped in looking for a nice pair of hoop earrings for a friend, and the people in the store were fantastic to work with. If I need more jewelry in the future, will definitely stop here first!
I came in for a simple ring for my little sister. I was kindly helped and greeted in a friendly manner. She found me a kick ass ring to give her as well as some candy. Will be back again soon around the holidays!

I came in on a Monday to have a few links taken out of my MK watch which was a fine experience. A day later my watch unexpectedly fell off my wrist and the face of the watch shattered. I went back to the store hoping that they would work with me on getting this fixed since they were the last persons to physically take my watch apart and put back together. The lady I encountered that worked there had a completely different opinion and she didn't hold back. She used words such as implying, what do you expect me to do, and well I wasn't there to see how you damaged it (insinuating that I was lying). As we continued to speak she became ruder, brasher and much louder as the conversation went on. I finally had to ask why she was being so rude and to lower her voice, since I was talking to her very calmly. I finally got to the point to where I said, maybe I should just speak to a manager about this? Her response was, your looking at her, I'm the manager....in a tone like, what are you going to do now?? I finally just interrupted her ridiculous behavior and said that I'd go somewhere else with my business and her response was, I think that's the best idea...go ahead. Oh, and by the way, all of this was done in front of my 9 year old son....great experience for a 9 year old to see! So unprofessional and rude and was done in front of 3 other customers in the store who I personally apologized to for the managers behavior. Won't be back ever again.
Extremely friendly and helpful service, above and beyond what was expected, including staying open late for me when I needed it!
